Refund policy

We want you to love your Earth & Ether purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@earthetherco.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
